CenterPoint Signs Five-Year Lease with Uline

OAK BROOK, IL – CenterPoint is proud to announce a five-year lease of a recently completed 417,384 SF spec building to Uline, Inc. at 11559 80th Avenue in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Located in CenterPoint’s LakeView Corporate Park, this 26.2 acre site is within three miles of I-94 for ease of distribution.
“We are thrilled to continue to help Uline enhance their supply chain,” said Ed Harrington, Senior Vice President of Development at CenterPoint. “Uline is a valued client, and this facility will complement their existing facilities in Northern Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin.”
The facility features include 36’ clear heights, approximately 3,000 SF of office and interior and exterior LED lighting. This is the first development to secure 36’ clear heights in the LakeView Corporate Park. Additional features include 236 car parking spaces, 115 trailer stalls and 79 dock doors.
This is the third development Uline, Inc. will occupy in CenterPoint’s LakeView Corporate Park, a 2,391 acre business park located one mile north of the Illinois-Wisconsin border. Located 45 minutes from O’Hare International Airport and 25 minutes from Mitchell Airport, the park is home to 80 diverse companies and represents more than 10 Million SF of development.
