Pad work is progressing on the third and final site of the CenterPoint Industrial City Gardens development at 2505 Dean Forest Road, 2 miles from the Port of Savannah.
The 404,0000-square-foot spec warehouse will have the full complement of Class A features to super-serve distributors, such as ample parking for trailers and cars, and offer easy access to interstates 95 and 16 in addition to the Port.
CenterPoint Properties’ East Region Development Team anticipates delivering the facility in Q2 2025.
