The Industrial Center sits on 71 acres less than 5 miles from I-88 in west suburban Chicago. In addition to Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway’s service, the facility has a 30′ clear-height, 79 loading docks and nine drive-in doors. The parking component at 900 Knell is another notable feature, with space to accommodate nearly 200 trailers and more than 600 cars within a fully fenced and secured lot.
“The remaining 696,007 square-feet of space available for lease at the CenterPoint Industrial Center is attracting companies needing spaciousness, modern amenities and strategic regional interstate access,” said CenterPoint Senior Vice President of Asset Management, Danielle Radtke. “In a prime e-commerce market like Chicago, demand is high for facilities of this caliber that allow you to reach more than 550,000 consumers and draw on a labor pool of more than 300,000 within a 25-minute drive,” she finished.
Brian Dolan of the Dolan and Murphy Team at Caton Commercial represented the tenant, and Steven Tick, Adam Tarantur and Reed Adler at Colliers International represented CenterPoint.
