The site is also perfectly suited to meet the increasing outdoor storage and parking demands of the market. It’s located minutes from the I-75 and I-95 highways, 13 miles from Port of Miami and 10 miles from Miami International Airport.

CenterPoint has invested $610 million in its South Florida portfolio, which now totals 4.43 million square feet of industrial space and 310 acres in Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
