CenterPoint was named a finalist for several honors at the Greater Chicago Food Depository’s 35th Annual Real Estate Awards.

Our Central Region Development Team for the Developer of the Year award and our one-million-square-foot developments at 4300 N. Brandon Rd. and 3301 N. Brandon Rd. in Joliet, IL, made it to the finals in the Industrial Development of the Year category.

We’re pleased our team’s outstanding work has been recognized. Thanks to the Greater Chicago Food Depository for the honors and the organization’s tireless work helping countless Chicagoans in need.
