CenterPoint Signs Five-Year Lease with ADP Express in South Bay

OAK BROOK, IL – CenterPoint Properties is proud to announce the five-year lease of an 85,042 SF building with ADP Express at 2988 East Ana Street in Rancho Dominguez, California. Ed Whittemore of LAREM, Inc. represented ADP Express and Jay Jasaitis of LAREM, Inc. represented CenterPoint in the transaction.
“This an example of executing our logistics strategy of purchasing, deploying capital and leasing. We identified a logistically advantaged property in a Tier 1 market, repositioned the asset, and leased the building to an existing customer expanding their South Bay footprint,” said Bob Andrews, Senior Vice President and Regional Manager at CenterPoint.
After acquiring the 6.5 acre site in April, CenterPoint completed a thorough refurbishment of the facility. The site includes a large excess yard with full drive around capability. This transload facility has direct access to SR-91 and I-710. Furthermore, the site is strategically located 11 miles from the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
