CenterPoint is excited to partner with Podolsky Circle CORFAC International to lease the CenterPoint 88 Industrial Complex, a 992,462-square-foot industrial facility located at 900 Knell Road in Montgomery, Illinois. The property will be available for the first time in over a decade, having been occupied by Suncast Corporation for the past 10 years.

Situated on 49 acres, the facility is strategically located 4.5 miles south of the Interstate 88 and Orchard Road interchange. Building features include 79 loading docks, 28′ clear ceiling height and parking for 371 cars and 111 trailer drops. Varying unit sizes and dock formations are possible.
