OAK BROOK, IL – CenterPoint Properties is proud to announce a lease extension with MS Warehousing at 2015 Turning Basin in Houston, Texas. In addition, the tenant – originally occupying 77,940 SF of the building – is expanding to the rest of the building for a total 143,029 SF. Bob Berry and Grant Hortenstine of Avison Young represented MS Warehousing in the transaction; Richard Quarles and Joe Berwick of JLL represented CenterPoint in the transaction.

“We are thrilled to continue to have MS Warehousing as a tenant and provide them additional space as they grow in Houston,” said Danielle Radtke, Senior Vice President at CenterPoint.

Building features include 24’ clear height and 50 exterior dock doors. The property is strategically located adjacent to I-610 and seven miles from the Union Pacific Englewood Yard. MS Warehousing is a full service distribution and warehousing service company.
