OAK BROOK, IL – CenterPoint Properties is proud to announce the acquisition of 13.9 acres on the Hylebos Waterway at 1840 Marine View, Tacoma, Washington. This property is adjacent to the Port of Tacoma with rail, dock and launch way access on site.
