CenterPoint’s Chief Executive Officer Jim Clewlow highlighted Straseske’s leadership, financial expertise, and contributions to strengthening the company’s financial platform since joining the firm.
As CFO, Straseske leads the company’s finance organization, with responsibility for financial planning and analysis, corporate and property valuation processes, capital and liquidity management, and reporting to CenterPoint’s executive leadership, board of directors, and ownership.

Ross has earned the confidence of our leadership team, board of directors, and ownership through his sound judgment, integrity, and commitment to the business. He is the right person to lead our finance organization as we continue building on CenterPoint’s strong foundation and long history of disciplined growth.”
Straseske joined CenterPoint in 2021 as Development Controller after serving as Vice President of Data Reporting and Financial Analytics at Heitman, a global real estate investment management firm. Before joining Heitman, he spent more than 14 years at PwC, where he advised real estate clients, including CenterPoint and its executive leadership team. Since joining CenterPoint, Straseske has held several leadership positions, including Vice President of Development Accounting and Analysis and Senior Vice President of Finance. In early 2026, he was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer.

Straseske earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.
