Members of CenterPoint’s East Region Team, VP of Development, Jay Purdy, Director of Development Transactions, Andrew Coords, and Analyst, Conner Garzone, were on hand at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, NY, to accept an award from Long Island Business News. CenterPoint’s recently completed, two-story build-to-suit development near JFK Airport was honored at the publication’s annual Real Estate, Architecture & Engineering Awards event, which recognizes the region’s most creative and outstanding projects and transactions within the last year.
