The Center is located just minutes from I-10, which runs through the heart of downtown Houston, and it’s proximate to the Port of Houston’s Bayport and Barbours Cut terminals, the deep-water Houston Ship Channel and shallow-water barge docks. The Port is the nation’s sixth-busiest and the largest on the Gulf Coast, making it the pre-eminent U.S. gateway for imports and exports from the Caribbean and Latin America.
