Slab Complete, Walls Coming Soon at 113k SF Development Near Port of Long Beach

Construction is running smoothly at CenterPoint’s redevelopment project at 16627 Avalon Blvd. in Carson, CA, 15 miles from the Port of Long Beach.

The slab is complete, and crews from Millie and Severson will tilt walls on the premier last-mile facility in a couple of weeks. It’s on track to be completed in Q2 2024.

The facility’s specs will include:

  • 113,470 SF
  • 6.76 acres
  • 32′ clear height
  • 23 dock doors
  • Excess parking for 46 trailers
  • Secured truck court
  • 2,500 SF of mezzanine office space
  • 5,000 SF of ground floor office space
