Paul “PJ” Charlton was appointed CenterPoint’s Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer in 2023. He joined the Company as Senior Vice President of Investments in 2015 to oversee CenterPoint’s East Region investment strategy, sourcing and managing local acquisition transactions, and collaborating with the entire regional team to look for new investment opportunities and add value to the existing portfolio.

Before joining CenterPoint, he served as Principal and Senior Vice President of Investments for KTR Capital Partners. He led the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of more than $1 Billion of industrial investment transactions in the Southeast, Southwest, and Mid-Atlantic regions.

PJ graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Wake Forest University and earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Jim Clewlow was promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2023 after spending 18 years as CenterPoint’s Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer. His team of more than two dozen employees has acquired $11 billion and sold another $5 billion of industrial real estate since 2010. After working at CBRE for eleven years, Jim joined CenterPoint in 1997 as a Vice President of Acquisitions, Development, and Leasing. In 1999, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Investments and joined the Executive Committee. In 1999, Jim was also appointed Chief Investment Officer of CenterPoint Venture, a joint venture of the Company and CalPERS. The joint venture’s success culminated in CalPERS acquiring CenterPoint in 2006.

Jim is a member of NAIOP and served as President of its Chicago chapter in 2012. Illinois Governor Pat Quinn appointed him to the Illinois Medical District Board of Commissioners, which he served from 2012 to 2016. Jim earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Justin Gallagher is responsible for helping the Central Region Investments team acquire strategic industrial properties in the Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Denver, and Houston markets. Before joining CenterPoint in 2021, he was Vice President of Acquisitions at Holt Lunsford Commercial, Vice President at Crow Holdings, and an Associate at Goldman Sachs.

Justin earned a degree in Business Economics from Brown University and is a member of the North Texas chapter of NAIOP.

Tyler Konkal is a Senior Investment Analyst at CenterPoint, responsible for researching, modeling, and executing acquisitions on the West Coast – Greater Los Angeles, San Diego, Oakland, Seattle/Tacoma, and Phoenix. He has assisted the West Region team in closing over $1.0 billion in industrial real estate.

Tyler also worked in acquisitions at Douglas Emmett (NYSE: DEI), a publicly traded office and apartment REIT based in Los Angeles. He graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in finance and is an active member of SoCal NAIOP and ULI.

Evan Lippow has been CenterPoint’s Senior Vice President of Investments in the West Region since 2020, charged with overseeing the growth of the Company’s portfolio in Seattle, Northern California, and Southern California. He joined CenterPoint in 2017 as Vice President of Investments in the East Region to source and execute new investment and development opportunities in New Jersey, New York City, and Miami.

Evan brings more than a decade of experience in industrial real estate to CenterPoint, participating in approximately $3 billion of industrial investment transactions throughout his career. He graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.

Rives Nolen joined CenterPoint Properties as Senior Vice President, Investments in August 2020 to oversee the growth of the Company’s Central Region portfolio. Before joining CenterPoint, Rives was Senior Vice President with InSite Realty Partners, a Houston-based commercial real estate firm, where he was involved in industrial leasing, development, investment, and brokerage for nearly two decades. He’s a Developer Associate Member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and serves on NAIOP’s Development and Construction Committee. Rives earned an MBA from Rice University in Houston, Texas, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University in 2012 and is an active member of the NAIOP National Forums. Bryan co-founded REAL (Real Estate Ascending Leaders), a leading institutional real estate networking group for young professionals based in New York City. He currently serves on its Advisory Council.
