Billy Hanson spearheads and executes CenterPoint’s disposition efforts nationwide in collaboration with regional teams. He also supports the firm’s national portfolio investment strategy to identify and acquire industrial real estate.
Billy worked at Duff & Phelps and Revantage, focusing on Blackstone’s industrial valuations, before joining CenterPoint in 2021. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois in 2016 and is an active NAIOP National Forums Program member.

Thomas Howard joined CenterPoint in 2025 as an Investment Officer for the East Region. He is responsible for helping the East Region Investments team source and acquire strategic industrial properties in the Southeast within the Atlanta, Savannah, Charleston, and South Florida markets.
Before joining CenterPoint, Thomas was an Assistant Vice President with Stonemont Financial Group responsible for identifying and executing on industrial development opportunities across Atlanta, Nashville, and Savannah. Prior to that, Thomas spent time with brokerage Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF), where he participated in over $850 million of investment advisory, debt and equity transactions. He has bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University.

Tyler Konkal joined CenterPoint in 2022 and is responsible for researching, modeling, and executing acquisitions in the West Region – Greater Los Angeles, San Diego, Oakland, Seattle/Tacoma, and Phoenix. He has assisted the West Region team in closing over $1.0 billion in industrial real estate.
Tyler also worked in acquisitions at Douglas Emmett (NYSE: DEI), a publicly traded office and apartment REIT based in Los Angeles. He graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in finance and is an active member of SoCal NAIOP and ULI.

Will Lagomarsino is an Investment Associate for CenterPoint’s West Region, responsible for researching, modeling, and executing acquisitions along the coast. He joined CenterPoint in April 2021 as an Investment Coordinator.
Will interned at Prologis and LBA Realty in the capital deployment and acquisitions departments. He earned his Bachelor of Science in political economy from UC Berkeley in Fall 2020. Will is an active member of the NAIOP National Forums and is involved with the charitable organizations Aim High and The First Tee Bay Area. He currently serves as Treasurer for the ZANNER Foundation.

Rives Nolen joined CenterPoint Properties as Senior Vice President, Investments in August 2020 to oversee the growth of the Company’s Central Region portfolio. He is responsible for executing CenterPoint’s Central Region investment strategy, sourcing and managing local acquisition transactions and collaborating with the entire regional team to identify new investment opportunities and add value to the existing portfolio. Before joining CenterPoint, Rives was Senior Vice President with InSite Realty Partners, a Houston-based commercial real estate firm, where he was involved in industrial leasing, development, investment, and brokerage for nearly two decades. He’s a Developer Associate Member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and serves on NAIOP’s Development and Construction Committee. Rives earned an MBA from Rice University in Houston, Texas, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts.

Roy joined CenterPoint as Senior Vice President of Investments in 2024. He brings over two decades of private and institutional experience, including at DRA Advisors, where he was Director of Acquisitions for the registered real estate investment advisor. The New York native also served as Executive Director of Acquisitions for Zurich Alternative Asset Management, where he led investment activities across the Eastern region for the Swiss insurer.
Roy’s property acquisition and business development efforts across multiple Eastern US markets have resulted in $3.2 billion of transactions. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland and his Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University.

Ashley Vanacore is responsible for helping the West Region team acquire prime infill and port-proximate properties in Southern California, the Bay Area, and Seattle/Tacoma.Before joining CenterPoint in 2021, she worked as a Senior Leasing & Development Representative at Duke Realty Corporation.
Ashley graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in economics and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. She is an active member of the NAIOP SoCal Chapter and the SIOR Los Angeles Chapter.

Pete Williams joined CenterPoint in 2025 as Senior Vice President of Investments for the West Region.
He previously sourced acquisitions throughout Southern California as Vice President of Investments for North Palisade Partners. Pete also served as Director in the Investments Group at American Realty Advisors, responsible for sourcing and executing direct and joint venture investment opportunities in the Midwest and Southeast.
He’s a member of NAIOP SoCal and ULI Southern California’s Industrial and Local Product Council.

Bryan Won

Bryan Won joined CenterPoint as an Investment Analyst in 2016 to support the team with growing the East Region portfolio. He was promoted from Senior Investment Analyst to Investment Officer in 2021 and Vice President in 2024. In his current role, he strategically sources, negotiates, and executes key acquisitions and dispositions in the East Region. Before joining CenterPoint, Bryan was an analyst at Walton Asset Management (USA) Inc. and Advance Realty Investors in New Jersey.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University in 2012 and is an active member of the NAIOP National Forums. Bryan co-founded REAL (Real Estate Ascending Leaders), a leading institutional real estate networking group for young professionals based in New York City. He currently serves on its Advisory Council.
