Ronel Borner joined CenterPoint Properties as Senior Vice President, Development in October 2019. He is responsible for leading the Company’s development strategy within the Eastern Region, including New York/New Jersey, Savannah and South Florida markets.
Before joining CenterPoint, Ronel served as Director of Real Estate Development at The Rockefeller Group and principal at Acquis Development Corporation. Since 2004, Ronel has worked across all aspects of industrial real estate, including entitlements, brownfield development, due diligence, zoning, design management, and project-level debt/equity financing in the New York/New Jersey market.
He is a member of the NAIOP New Jersey Chapter and the NAIOP National Forums Program. Ronel received his Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University.

Carmine Bottigliero

Carmine Bottigliero joined CenterPoint’s Central Region Development team in December 2018. He focuses on new development projects in CenterPoint’s Joliet and Elwood intermodal parks. Carmine also works on various complex rail, port and infrastructure-related industrial development projects, beginning at land acquisition and due diligence through construction and occupancy. He has over 15 years of experience in construction and development for international and domestic large-scale commercial, industrial and roadway projects. Before joining CenterPoint, Carmine worked for F.H. Paschen, Epstein and most recently Clayco. He graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and construction management.

Alan Bouchier-Hayes joined CenterPoint in 2007 and is responsible for overseeing financial components for all conventional and complex development activities and opportunities. With over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate, he is well-versed in procurement, risk assessment and performing complex financial analyses on investment portfolios. Before joining CenterPoint, Alan worked in the real estate division of First Midwest Bank. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE). He received a bachelor’s degree in business from DIT, Dublin, Ireland and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Ed Harrington joined CenterPoint Properties Trust in 1999 and currently oversees the development of logistically located facilities and industrial parks for CenterPoint Properties. He oversees CenterPoint’s development service group, which is responsible for developing industrial business parks, manufacturing and distribution facilities. Ed has spent more than 20 years developing industrial commercial real estate. In addition to his commercial real estate experience, he worked for several years as a civil engineer with local Chicago engineering firms.
Ed received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University and a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University, Chicago. Furthermore, he is a member of the NAIOP Chicago Board of Directors and the NAIOP Chicago Legislative Committee.

Ryan Kelleher

Ryan Kelleher joined CenterPoint’s West Region Development Team in 2019. Ryan spearheads the due diligence, design, entitlement, and pre-construction activities for new development projects throughout Seattle, Northern California, and Southern California.
Ryan also plays a key role in preparing proformas, underwriting and investment decks for development pursuits. He also works with broker contacts to source new land acquisitions and potential tenants for new developments. Ryan spent over seven years in the real estate consulting industry, specializing in land use planning, entitlements, and managing the environmental impact review for complex land development and infrastructure projects.
Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California at Irvine.

Blake Kelley joined CenterPoint Properties in May 2022. He is responsible for leading CenterPoint’s West Coast development strategy and growing the Company’s presence in Southern and Northern California and Seattle.
Since 2007, Blake has worked on development projects for Prologis in Atlanta, GA, Columbus, Ohio, and Southern California.
He earned a degree in construction management from Arizona State University. Blake is an active member of the SoCal Chapter of NAIOP.

John Lass

John Lass joined CenterPoint Properties in June 2008 and oversees built-to-suit industrial development projects and construction management initiatives. He has more than 14 years of direct development experience and seven years in construction management. Over his career, he has been actively involved in developing over 10 million square feet of Class A Industrial facilities across the US (Illinois, Wisconsin, Texas, Arizona, California, and Washington).
John also has an extensive background in environmentally challenged urban infill sites, cold storage projects, build-to-suit opportunities, rail-proximate development, material handling systems, general contracting and owner’s representative services. Before joining CenterPoint, he was a project manager for the construction management firm Lendlease.
John is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design + Construction. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from the University of Cincinnati and is pursuing an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.

Brian McKiernan joined CenterPoint Properties in October 2006 and is responsible for the origination, development, execution, and integration of park teams for new and existing business opportunities. He coordinates, communicates, and integrates development teams to maximize transaction volumes and land absorption through a focused national strategy to identify and leverage supply chain cost savings resulting in maximized yields on transactions.
Before joining CenterPoint, Brian served as Captain in the United States Air Force from March 2001 until he was honorably discharged in March 2006. He most recently served as a Business Advisor to the United States Central Air Force, Middle East Division, where he managed the deployment and budget for 25 offices in 18 countries. Brian advised senior leadership on business operations for 200 acquisitions and construction projects valued at over $250 million. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. in Management in June 1999.

Michael Murphy joined CenterPoint Properties in 2003 and currently oversees all conventional and complex development activities. He has spent more than 30 years in the industrial real estate sector, developing over 35 million square feet for some of the world’s most recognizable shippers, BCOs and retailers. Michael’s led the development of more than 6,500 acres—transforming much of this land from superfund and nearly-obsolete brownfield sites to state-of-the-art intermodal campuses. He is a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and an associate member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Michael received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston College and his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business.
