Bob Andrews joined CenterPoint Properties as Senior Vice President, Regional Manager, in 2015. He is responsible for managing the Company’s West region portfolio, which includes more than 7.2 Million SF of property across the Los Angeles, Oakland and Seattle markets. In this role, Bob partners with the entire West regional team to vet, underwrite, and perform due diligence for on-strategy investment opportunities.
Prior to joining CenterPoint, Bob served as Senior Vice President, Asset Management, for KTR Capital Partners, where he oversaw the firm’s portfolio in California, Arizona, Nevada and Washington. He was previously a regional director for RREEF, as well as an industrial broker for Cushman & Wakefield. Bob holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of San Diego.
Joel Bell was appointed Director of Construction in November 2021 to oversee construction and capital planning in Texas markets. He joined the Company as a Property and Project Manager in 2017 and led the operations and construction management of industrial assets in the Houston and Dallas markets.
Joel has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2000. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Franklin University and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the City University of Seattle. Joel holds the designation of Facilities Management Professional (FMP) from the International Facilities Management Association.
Ronel Borner joined CenterPoint Properties as Senior Vice President, Development in October 2019. He is responsible for leading the Company’s development strategy within the Eastern Region, including New York/New Jersey, Savannah and South Florida markets.
Before joining CenterPoint, Ronel served as Director of Real Estate Development at The Rockefeller Group and principal at Acquis Development Corporation. Since 2004, Ronel has worked across all aspects of industrial real estate, including entitlements, brownfield development, due diligence, zoning, design management, and project-level debt/equity financing in the New York/New Jersey market.
He is a member of the NAIOP New Jersey Chapter and the NAIOP National Forums Program. Ronel received his Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
Carmine Bottigliero joined CenterPoint’s Central Region Development team in December 2018. He focuses on new development projects in CenterPoint’s Joliet and Elwood intermodal parks. Carmine also works on various complex rail, port and infrastructure-related industrial development projects, beginning at land acquisition and due diligence through construction and occupancy. He has over 15 years of experience in construction and development for international and domestic large-scale commercial, industrial and roadway projects. Before joining CenterPoint, Carmine worked for F.H. Paschen, Epstein and most recently Clayco. He graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and construction management.
Alan Bouchier-Hayes joined CenterPoint in 2007 and is responsible for overseeing financial components for all conventional and complex development activities and opportunities. With over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate, he is well-versed in procurement, risk assessment and performing complex financial analyses on investment portfolios. Before joining CenterPoint, Alan worked in the real estate division of First Midwest Bank. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE). He received a bachelor’s degree in business from DIT, Dublin, Ireland and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
Bob Chapman has been President and CEO of CenterPoint since 2013. Before joining the company, he held executive positions with several national real estate firms. Most recently, Bob served as COO at Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE: DRE). Preceding his tenure at Duke, he was with RREEF Funds in Chicago, Hines Interests in Houston and Lincoln Property Company in San Francisco. Bob is a graduate of Stanford University and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He serves on the board of directors of Cousins Properties (NYSE: CUZ), is an advisor at SolAmerica Energy and serves as Executive Advisor to the Chicago Metropolitan Planning Council (MPC).
Paul “PJ” Charlton was appointed CenterPoint’s Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer in 2023. He joined the Company as Senior Vice President of Investments in 2015 to oversee CenterPoint’s East Region investment strategy, sourcing and managing local acquisition transactions, and collaborating with the entire regional team to look for new investment opportunities and add value to the existing portfolio.
Before joining CenterPoint, he served as Principal and Senior Vice President of Investments for KTR Capital Partners. He led the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of more than $1 Billion of industrial investment transactions in the Southeast, Southwest, and Mid-Atlantic regions.
PJ graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Wake Forest University and earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Jim Clewlow was promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2023 after spending 18 years as CenterPoint’s Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer. His team of more than two dozen employees has acquired $11 billion and sold another $5 billion of industrial real estate since 2010. After working at CBRE for eleven years, Jim joined CenterPoint in 1997 as a Vice President of Acquisitions, Development, and Leasing. In 1999, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Investments and joined the Executive Committee. In 1999, Jim was also appointed Chief Investment Officer of CenterPoint Venture, a joint venture of the Company and CalPERS. The joint venture’s success culminated in CalPERS acquiring CenterPoint in 2006.
Jim is a member of NAIOP and served as President of its Chicago chapter in 2012. Illinois Governor Pat Quinn appointed him to the Illinois Medical District Board of Commissioners, which he served from 2012 to 2016. Jim earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Rebecca DePorter joined CenterPoint as the Director of Human Resources in 2019. Reporting directly to the CEO, she is responsible for all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, wellness, performance management, training, compliance and employee relations. Rebecca has over 15 years of human resources experience, most recently working in the legal industry. She graduated from DePaul University with a bachelor’s degree in communications. Rebecca holds a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Justin Gallagher is responsible for helping the Central Region Investments team acquire strategic industrial properties in the Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Denver, and Houston markets. Before joining CenterPoint in 2021, he was Vice President of Acquisitions at Holt Lunsford Commercial, Vice President at Crow Holdings, and an Associate at Goldman Sachs.
Justin earned a degree in Business Economics from Brown University and is a member of the North Texas chapter of NAIOP.
Kevin German was promoted to Vice President, Information Technology, in September 2010 and has been with the Company since 1998. He provides information management services to maximize the Company’s data collection, processing, and reporting effectiveness in his current role. Kevin’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of IT solutions for internal and external users, improving existing software programs, and promoting technical innovation and compliance throughout the firm.
He is a member of the IEEE Computer Society and the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Northwest Missouri State University and a master’s in information systems from DePaul University.
Craig Grosby joined CenterPoint Properties in 2018 as Property Manager in Asset Management after serving 30+ years in the commercial real estate industry. In this role, he handles the Savannah, GA, Mobile, AL, and South Florida assets. In addition, Craig anchors the South Florida office. He oversees over 7 million SF of Class “A” industrial assets. Before joining CenterPoint, his previous notable employers were Ivy Realty, CBRE, Grubb & Ellis, and MONY Insurance. Craig holds the designation of CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® from the Institute of Real Estate Management®. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from the University of Delaware.
Billy Hanson is an Investment Manager supporting CenterPoint’s national investment strategy working with regional teams to identify and acquire high-quality industrial real estate. He also helps oversee and execute CenterPoint’s dispositions.
Billy worked at Duff & Phelps and Revantage, focusing on Blackstone’s industrial valuations. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois in 2016 and is an active member of the NAIOP National Forums Program.
Ed Harrington joined CenterPoint Properties Trust in 1999 and currently oversees the development of logistically located facilities and industrial parks for CenterPoint Properties. He oversees CenterPoint’s development service group, which is responsible for developing industrial business parks, manufacturing and distribution facilities. Ed has spent more than 20 years developing industrial commercial real estate. In addition to his commercial real estate experience, he worked for several years as a civil engineer with local Chicago engineering firms.
Ed received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University and a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University, Chicago. Furthermore, he is a member of the NAIOP Chicago Board of Directors and the NAIOP Chicago Legislative Committee.
Tanner leads CenterPoint’s Environmental, Social, and Governance strategic initiatives and sustainability efforts. Before joining the company in November 2022, he worked for Prologis, focusing on the intersection of renewable energy, clean tech, mobility, and sustainable building design and construction. Tanner also worked for Regency Centers, a prominent national grocery-anchored shopping center owner, on electric vehicle charging leases and solar development and coordinated closely with firms’ operations & investment teams.
He graduated from the University of Colorado with bachelor’s degrees in economics and environmental policy & planning. His coursework focused on renewable energy economics, markets, technology, and policy.
Ryan Kelleher joined CenterPoint’s West Region Development Team in 2019. Ryan spearheads the due diligence, design, entitlement, and pre-construction activities for new development projects throughout Seattle, Northern California, and Southern California.
Ryan also plays a key role in preparing proformas, underwriting and investment decks for development pursuits. He also works with broker contacts to source new land acquisitions and potential tenants for new developments. Ryan spent over seven years in the real estate consulting industry, specializing in land use planning, entitlements, and managing the environmental impact review for complex land development and infrastructure projects.
Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California at Irvine.
Tom Kelleher joined CenterPoint as Director of Construction in 2019. In this role, he oversees construction projects for a diverse portfolio in the East Region. Before joining CenterPoint, Tom served as Senior Project Manager at Donnelly Construction. With over 30 years of experience in construction project management, he has also worked for Heller Construction and O.A. Peterson. Tom received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Montclair State University.
Blake Kelley joined CenterPoint Properties in May 2022. He is responsible for leading CenterPoint’s West Coast development strategy and growing the Company’s presence in Southern and Northern California and Seattle.
Since 2007, Blake has worked on development projects for Prologis in Atlanta, GA, Columbus, Ohio, and Southern California.
He earned a degree in construction management from Arizona State University. Blake is an active member of the SoCal Chapter of NAIOP.
Tyler Konkal is a Senior Investment Analyst at CenterPoint, responsible for researching, modeling, and executing acquisitions on the West Coast – Greater Los Angeles, San Diego, Oakland, Seattle/Tacoma, and Phoenix. He has assisted the West Region team in closing over $1.0 billion in industrial real estate.
Tyler also worked in acquisitions at Douglas Emmett (NYSE: DEI), a publicly traded office and apartment REIT based in Los Angeles. He graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in finance and is an active member of SoCal NAIOP and ULI.
Will Lagomarsino is an Investment Analyst for CenterPoint’s West Region, responsible for researching, modeling, and executing acquisitions along the coast. He joined CenterPoint in April 2021 as an Investment Coordinator.
Will interned at Prologis and LBA Realty in the capital deployment and acquisitions departments. He earned his Bachelor of Science in political economy from UC Berkeley in Fall 2020. Will is an active member of the NAIOP National Forums and is involved with the charitable organizations Aim High and The First Tee Bay Area. He currently serves as Treasurer for the ZANNER Foundation.
John Lass joined CenterPoint Properties in June 2008 and oversees built-to-suit industrial development projects and construction management initiatives. He has more than 14 years of direct development experience and seven years in construction management. Over his career, he has been actively involved in developing over 10 million square feet of Class A Industrial facilities across the US (Illinois, Wisconsin, Texas, Arizona, California, and Washington).
John also has an extensive background in environmentally challenged urban infill sites, cold storage projects, build-to-suit opportunities, rail-proximate development, material handling systems, general contracting and owner’s representative services. Before joining CenterPoint, he was a project manager for the construction management firm Lendlease.
John is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design + Construction. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from the University of Cincinnati and is pursuing an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
Tim Lippert joined CenterPoint Properties Trust in 1998. In his current role, Tim’s key responsibilities include underwriting and structuring capital markets transactions with commercial and investment banks. To date, he has assisted in raising more than $3 Billion of capital for the Company. During his tenure, Tim has held positions such as Director of Finance and Manager of Finance, performing high-level financial analysis of Company investments, developments, dispositions and financial performance.
He holds an MBA from DePaul University and a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Evan Lippow has been CenterPoint’s Senior Vice President of Investments in the West Region since 2020, charged with overseeing the growth of the Company’s portfolio in Seattle, Northern California, and Southern California. He joined CenterPoint in 2017 as Vice President of Investments in the East Region to source and execute new investment and development opportunities in New Jersey, New York City, and Miami.
Evan brings more than a decade of experience in industrial real estate to CenterPoint, participating in approximately $3 billion of industrial investment transactions throughout his career. He graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
Beverly Maestas was promoted to Vice President, Technology Operations, in September 2012 and has been with the Company since 2000. In her current role, she evaluates and oversees IT initiatives to improve the effectiveness of CenterPoint operations and client communications. Beverly’s primary responsibilities include conducting enterprise-wide network and infrastructure design. She also maintains and manages all network systems while ensuring the Company’s data integrity and security.
Before joining CenterPoint, Beverly served as an IT manager for the Kane County Department of Employment and Education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Illinois and a master’s in information systems from DePaul University.
Rick Mathews joined CenterPoint Properties in January 2015. In his role, he provides the Company’s executive management with legal counsel to minimize corporate risk. Rick’s primary responsibilities include managing corporate litigation and developing, communicating and enforcing CenterPoint’s compliance policies. Before joining CenterPoint, he served as Vice President, Senior Counsel for ST Residential. Rick also worked as an associate in the real estate department of Katten Muchin Rosenman. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan and a JD from Emory University.
Brian McKiernan joined CenterPoint Properties in October 2006 and is responsible for the origination, development, execution, and integration of park teams for new and existing business opportunities. He coordinates, communicates, and integrates development teams to maximize transaction volumes and land absorption through a focused national strategy to identify and leverage supply chain cost savings resulting in maximized yields on transactions.
Before joining CenterPoint, Brian served as Captain in the United States Air Force from March 2001 until he was honorably discharged in March 2006. He most recently served as a Business Advisor to the United States Central Air Force, Middle East Division, where he managed the deployment and budget for 25 offices in 18 countries. Brian advised senior leadership on business operations for 200 acquisitions and construction projects valued at over $250 million. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. in Management in June 1999.
Matt Mullarkey joined CenterPoint Properties in 2000 as an investment officer. In this role, he focused on acquisitions and was also responsible for creating multiple joint ventures with both development and capital partners. He later was promoted to Vice President of the acquisitions group. Matt currently works with the Company’s senior executive team to identify, source and close new business opportunities. He also provides strategic support across the Company’s acquisition, development and operations platform.
Before joining CenterPoint Properties, Matt served as Manager, Finance for RREEF where he was responsible for securing acquisition debt capital for the firm’s pension fund clients. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame, is an Illinois CPA and completed an MBA with concentrations in finance and economics at the University of Chicago. He currently serves on the board of directors for Almost Home Kids—an organization that provides home-like transitional care for children with complex health needs.
Michael Murphy joined CenterPoint Properties in 2003 and currently oversees all conventional and complex development activities. He has spent more than 30 years in the industrial real estate sector, developing over 35 million square feet for some of the world’s most recognizable shippers, BCOs and retailers. Michael’s led the development of more than 6,500 acres—transforming much of this land from superfund and nearly-obsolete brownfield sites to state-of-the-art intermodal campuses. He is a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE) and an associate member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Michael received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston College and his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business.
David Nenner joined CenterPoint Properties as Senior Vice President, Regional Manager in 2014. In this role, he is responsible for managing CenterPoint’s East Region portfolio, which includes over 21 million square feet of property across New York/New Jersey, South Florida, Charleston and Savannah. While overseeing CenterPoint’s asset management strategy across the region, David partners with the East Region Investments team to vet and underwrite investment opportunities. He has over 25 years of experience in industrial real estate.
Before joining CenterPoint, David served as EVP/Director of Asset Management at Ivy Equities and VP/Regional Manager for RREEF. Additionally, he worked as an industrial broker for JLL and The Edward S. Gordon Company. David holds a bachelor’s degree from Babson College and a master’s degree from Columbia University.
Rives Nolen joined CenterPoint Properties as Senior Vice President, Investments in August 2020 to oversee the growth of the Company’s Central Region portfolio. He is responsible for executing CenterPoint’s Central Region investment strategy, sourcing and managing local acquisition transactions and collaborating with the entire regional team to identify new investment opportunities and add value to the existing portfolio. Before joining CenterPoint, Rives was Senior Vice President with InSite Realty Partners, a Houston-based commercial real estate firm, where he was involved in industrial leasing, development, investment, and brokerage for nearly two decades. He’s a Developer Associate Member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and serves on NAIOP’s Development and Construction Committee. Rives earned an MBA from Rice University in Houston, Texas, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts.
Megan Nutley joined CenterPoint as Legal Administrative Assistant in 2019. In this role, Megan reviews lease agreements, prepares formal notices, tracks litigation matters, files annual reports, organizes meetings and coordinates travel arrangements. Prior to joining CenterPoint, Megan was the office manager at Generation Law, Ltd., where she managed paralegal staff, worked on client billing and developed the firm’s policy handbook. Before becoming an office manager, she served as a legal assistant preparing and filing court documents, managing attorneys’ calendars and corresponding with clients. Megan graduated from Elmhurst College with a bachelor’s degree in sociology.
Martin O’Hara joined CenterPoint Properties in 2001 as a Development Manager. In this role, he oversaw $650 Million in development projects, including a $300 Million construction management and monitoring initiative for the City of Chicago. IN his current role as the Vice President, Strategic Projects for CenterPoint Properties, he oversees value-add opportunities that align with the Company’s strategic investment platform and structures investment and financing vehicles, including partnerships and joint ventures. Martin also assists in the operation, investment and management of the Company’s subsidiaries.
Before joining CenterPoint, he was a development director for AMB Property Corporation (now ProLogis) and a commercial banking officer for American National Bank & Trust. Martin holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s in finance and business economics from the University of Notre Dame.
Ken Osborne joined CenterPoint as a Development Manager in 2019. In this role, he is responsible for working within the development team to plan, coordinate and direct the production of industrial and logistic facilities in the Central Region, primarily in the Joliet and Elwood intermodal park. Prior to joining CenterPoint, Ken worked as a Preconstruction Manager with Clayco. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Illinois State University.
Chris Papa joined CenterPoint Properties as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in August 2020. He is responsible for leading all aspects of the Company’s financial activities and reporting. Chris has over 15 years of real estate experience, having served previously as Chief Financial Officer of two publicly listed Real Estate Investment Trusts before joining CenterPoint. He has also served in public accounting for over 15 years. Chris earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Clemson University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jackie Perconte joined CenterPoint as Due Diligence Manager in 2019. In this role, she manages the due diligence process on potential acquisitions. Before joining CenterPoint, Jackie served as Senior Due Diligence Analyst at Inland Private Capital Corporation. She previously underwrote potential acquisitions as a Financial Analyst. Jackie graduated from Northern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts.
Laura Petrucci has been with CenterPoint Properties since 2005. She focuses on recruitment, training, and process, ensuring the consistency of new-hire development and accuracy in underwriting practices. Laura supervises the analytics and approval processes for the Company’s acquisition and disposition of industrial properties nationally. Her responsibilities include identifying, vetting, and processing CenterPoint’s disposition opportunities. She has served as CenterPoint’s Investment Financial Analyst, Investment Manager, Senior Investment Manager, Investment Director, and Vice President of Investments.
Laura was a senior valuation associate at Deloitte and Touche and a real estate consultant at Arthur Andersen. She holds a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Jennifer Plesnicar joined CenterPoint Properties in 1999 and currently serves as the Vice President, Accounting. She currently supervises the accounting processes for all CenterPoint business transactions and financial reports and manages the Company’s bank accounts, payroll and employee benefits programs. During her tenure, Jennifer has held positions including Accounting Director, Accounting Manager and Property Accountant, preparing financial statements for 10 Million SF of Company properties.
Before joining CenterPoint, she served as a staff accountant and assistant financial manager for Great Lakes REIT. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2002 and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and Illinois CPA Society. Jennifer received a bachelor’s in accounting from Benedictine University.
Danielle Radtke was promoted to Senior Vice President, Regional Manager in July 2017. She was previously promoted to Vice President, Regional Manager in January 2015 after serving as Senior Property Manager. Danielle has been with CenterPoint Properties since 1999. She is responsible for managing CenterPoint’s asset portfolio and executing the Company’s investment strategy in the Central South Region. Danielle collaborates with regional team members to analyze and negotiate lease agreements, manage asset maintenance projects, transition assets into and out of the regional portfolio, and market available properties. Before overseeing the Central South Region, she managed the assets on the West Coast, which included California and Washington, and her properties in the Midwest and Southwest.
Before joining CenterPoint, Danielle worked for CM Realty, an Industrial Real Estate company. She graduated from National Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Behavioral Science.
Nate Rexroth has been with CenterPoint Properties for more than 25 years, joining after the 1993 initial public offering. He was promoted to Executive Vice President, Asset Management, in 2013. During his tenure at CenterPoint, Nate has served as Vice President, Regional Manager and Senior Vice President with oversight of one of five Chicago operating regions and the responsibility to expand the company’s foothold throughout the Western United States. He has also served on CenterPoint’s Management Committee since 2005. Nate has been working in the commercial real estate sector since 1986. He began his career as a commercial broker working for companies like Grubb & Ellis and Miglein-Beitler. Nate holds a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA.
Kim Rierson joined CenterPoint Properties in 2016 to oversee the construction process and manage the operating property construction projects on the West Coast. She has 20 years of experience working in the real estate development industry, including extensive experience managing all aspects of capital improvements, tenant improvements and operations for commercial and industrial properties in the Western market. Kim is a LEED-Accredited Professional.
Roxann Sanches joined CenterPoint Properties as Administrative Assistant in 2019. In this role, Roxann supports the management of industrial properties in the Central South Region. She maintains multiple administrative reporting systems, supports the Property Manager with EnergyStar/GRESB, and handles accounts payable, while developing long lasting relationships with tenants and vendors. Prior to joining CenterPoint, Roxann worked in commercial property management for over 16 years. Roxann attended North Harris Community College and is in the process of obtaining her RPA designation.
Brian M. Sheehan has been with CenterPoint Properties since May 1995. Currently, he serves as Senior Vice President, Controller, overseeing CenterPoint’s financial reporting, property accounting, payments and receipts. Brian also heads up the budgeting cycle, monitors the Company’s internal audit functions and leads the annual external audit.
Before joining the Company, he worked in public accounting for Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and has been a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) since 1993. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
James Shields joined CenterPoint Properties in 2001 and currently serves as Vice President, Customer Solutions. During his tenure, Jim has held positions as Property Accountant, Property Manager and Vice President Regional Manager, with the oversight of 15 million square feet of industrial property. He manages roughly $62.3 million of revenue annually and leads a team responsible for leasing vacant space and negotiating lease and tenant improvements. Jim oversees the direct supervision of maintenance engineers, prepares facility budgets and maintains properties under corporate approval budgets with minimal variance.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Robert Morris College and received his Masters in Supply Chain Management from Elmhurst College in 2015. Jim is an active member of the Los Angeles Transportation Club, National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) Chicago and BOMA.
Brian Swindle was promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance in September 2010; he is responsible for negotiating and structuring CenterPoint’s larger, non-standard real estate investments. Brian also oversees the Company’s annual corporate equity valuation and leads the group that underwrites the Company’s investments, including acquisitions, dispositions and development transactions.
He joined the finance group at CenterPoint in 2000. In 2004, Brian transitioned to the Investment team where, as head of dispositions, he completed over $1 Billion in industrial property sales for the Company and its affiliates. To date, he has closed over $1.1 Billion of transactions involving securitized loans on CenterPoint’s behalf. Before joining CenterPoint, Brian worked for ABN AMRO Bank for eight years. He received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Northern Illinois University and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Michael Tortorici joined CenterPoint Properties in October 1997. He currently serves as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and as Controller for each of the Company’s joint ventures, totaling over $1 Billion assets, and oversees property review for half of CenterPoint’s current portfolio, approximately $1.4 Billion value. Mike is also responsible for managing the Company’s compensation and payroll operations, corporate and tax filings, and reviewing all acquisition and disposition contracts and related closing statements. He is currently Secretary of the Company’s Compensation Committee and a 401(k) Trustee and Committee member.
Before joining CenterPoint, Mike served as Controller of Continental Freezers of Illinois and senior accountant at Checkers, Simon & Rosner (now McGladrey). He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1991 and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and Illinois CPA Society. Mike received a bachelor’s in accounting from Northern Illinois University.
Ashley Vanacore is responsible for helping the West Region team acquire prime infill and port-proximate properties in Southern California, the Bay Area, and Seattle/Tacoma.Before joining CenterPoint in 2021, she worked as a Senior Leasing & Development Representative at Duke Realty Corporation.
Ashley graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in economics and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. She is an active member of the NAIOP SoCal Chapter and the SIOR Los Angeles Chapter.
Bryan Won sources and executes acquisitions in CenterPoint’s East Region, focusing on the Northeast markets. He joined CenterPoint as an Investment Analyst in 2016, assisting with the research, underwriting, and execution of acquisitions. Bryan was an analyst at the Walton Group of Companies and Advance Realty.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University in 2012 and is an active member of the NAIOP National Forums. Bryan co-founded REAL (Real Estate Ascending Leaders), a leading institutional real estate networking group for young professionals based in New York City. He currently serves on its Advisory Council.
Scott Zimmerman has been CenterPoint Properties’ Chief Information Officer since joining the firm in 1997. He is responsible for directing CenterPoint’s IT department and aligning its information technology platform with the Company’s business strategy. Scott is also responsible for business processes initiatives and corporate marketing activities. He graduated from Loyola University in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and then earned his master’s degree in Management Information Systems from DePaul University in 1995.
Before joining CenterPoint, Scott was an IT Project Manager for global management and consulting firm AT Kearney and a Principal Consultant at Furkon, Inc.—a financial services software development firm. Beyond CenterPoint, he serves on the International Advisory Council for Realcomm and recently received their prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. Scott is an active member of the Association for Computer Machinery (ACM) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and served for seven years as the Vice President of the Park Ridge School Board.
