Jeff Thornton joined CenterPoint as Executive Vice President for the Central Region in April 2025.

With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Jeff formerly was President of the South Central Region at Ryan Companies, where he led a team of more than 175 associates across four states, developing and building industrial, office, and multifamily projects primarily in Dallas, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. Jeff also spent more than 20 years at Duke Realty, where he led a vertically integrated team that grew an institutional-grade industrial portfolio through its development, leasing, acquisitions, and asset management platform. As its Regional Senior Vice President, he oversaw the firm’s strategy and operations, producing a best-in-class industrial portfolio of over 30 million square feet in Dallas, Houston, and St. Louis.

Jeff has been a lifelong resident of Dallas, TX, since moving back to the area to start his Commercial Real Estate career in 1996 after completing the Business Foundations Program at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. He’s a board member and former President of NAIOP North Texas and a member and former board member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). Jeff prioritizes supporting his community, having served as Chairman of the Parent Campaign at Ursuline Academy, and as Grade Captain for the Annual Challenge Drive at Jesuit College Prep School in Dallas. Jeff is also a member of the University of Georgia Parent Leadership Council.

Rives Nolen joined CenterPoint Properties as Senior Vice President, Investments in August 2020 to oversee the growth of the Company’s Central Region portfolio. He is responsible for executing CenterPoint’s Central Region investment strategy, sourcing and managing local acquisition transactions and collaborating with the entire regional team to identify new investment opportunities and add value to the existing portfolio. Before joining CenterPoint, Rives was Senior Vice President with InSite Realty Partners, a Houston-based commercial real estate firm, where he was involved in industrial leasing, development, investment, and brokerage for nearly two decades. He’s a Developer Associate Member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and serves on NAIOP’s Development and Construction Committee. Rives earned an MBA from Rice University in Houston, Texas, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts.

Brian McKiernan joined CenterPoint Properties in October 2006 and is responsible for the origination, development, execution, and integration of park teams for new and existing business opportunities. He coordinates, communicates, and integrates development teams to maximize transaction volumes and land absorption through a focused national strategy to identify and leverage supply chain cost savings resulting in maximized yields on transactions.

Before joining CenterPoint, Brian served as Captain in the United States Air Force from March 2001 until he was honorably discharged in March 2006. He most recently served as a Business Advisor to the United States Central Air Force, Middle East Division, where he managed the deployment and budget for 25 offices in 18 countries. Brian advised senior leadership on business operations for 200 acquisitions and construction projects valued at over $250 million. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. in Management in June 1999.

Danielle Radtke was promoted to Senior Vice President, Regional Manager in July 2017. She was previously promoted to Vice President, Regional Manager in January 2015 after serving as Senior Property Manager. Danielle has been with CenterPoint Properties since 1999. She is responsible for managing CenterPoint’s asset portfolio and executing the Company’s investment strategy in the Central South Region. Danielle collaborates with regional team members to analyze and negotiate lease agreements, manage asset maintenance projects, transition assets into and out of the regional portfolio, and market available properties. Before overseeing the Central South Region, she managed the assets on the West Coast, which included California and Washington, and her properties in the Midwest and Southwest.
Before joining CenterPoint, Danielle worked for CM Realty, an Industrial Real Estate company. She graduated from National Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Behavioral Science.
