Construction is progressing on the second of three buildings at CenterPoint Industrial City Gardens in Garden City, GA. Crews recently tilted panels on the new state-of-the-art 348,000 SF warehouse, which will become the newest facility for Port City Logistics, Inc., which preleased the spec development recently,

The new facility will have unparalleled visibility in the market, sporting 1,200 feet of frontage on Dean Forest Rd., the main artery to the Port of Savannah’s Garden City Terminal 2 miles away.
 

 
The walls are also up at the 181,250-square-foot Class A development near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, CenterPoint Properties’ Forum Business Center! The project is on track for a Summer 2023 delivery.
