CenterPoint Named a Finalist for Greater Chicago Food Depository Real Estate Awards

CenterPoint was named a finalist for several honors at the Greater Chicago Food Depository’s 35th Annual Real Estate Awards.

Our Central Region Development Team for the Developer of the Year award and our one-million-square-foot developments at 4300 N. Brandon Rd. and 3301 N. Brandon Rd. in Joliet, IL, made it to the finals in the Industrial Development of the Year category.

We’re pleased our team’s outstanding work has been recognized. Thanks to the Greater Chicago Food Depository for the honors and the organization’s tireless work helping countless Chicagoans in need.

Congratulations to the winners, our fellow finalists, and Dan Leahy and Adam Roth from NAI Hiffman, the exclusive brokers at the CenterPoint Intermodal Center in Joliet/Elwood, IL, who were finalists in the Industrial Broker of the Year category.
