    Ed Harrington joined CenterPoint Properties Trust in 1999 and currently oversees the development of logistically located facilities and industrial parks for CenterPoint Properties. He oversees CenterPoint’s development service group, which is responsible for developing industrial business parks, manufacturing and distribution facilities. Ed has spent more than 20 years developing industrial commercial real estate. In addition to his commercial real estate experience, he worked for several years as a civil engineer with local Chicago engineering firms. Ed received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University and a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University, Chicago. Furthermore, he is a member of the NAIOP Chicago Board of Directors and the NAIOP Chicago Legislative Committee.

    John Lass joined CenterPoint Properties in June 2008 and oversees built-to-suit industrial development projects and construction management initiatives. He has more than 14 years of direct development experience and seven years in construction management. Over his career, he has been actively involved in developing over 10 million square feet of Class A Industrial facilities across the US (Illinois, Wisconsin, Texas, Arizona, California, and Washington).
    
    John also has an extensive background in environmentally challenged urban infill sites, cold storage projects, build-to-suit opportunities, rail-proximate development, material handling systems, general contracting and owner’s representative services. Before joining CenterPoint, he was a project manager for the construction management firm Lendlease.
    
    John is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design + Construction. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from the University of Cincinnati and is pursuing an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
