CenterPoint invited some of the nation’s top-performing industrial real estate brokers to spend a few days in South Lake Tahoe, California. The group enjoyed mountain and lake views and activities at the Landing Resort & Spa, golfed with celebrities prepping for the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship and dined on a mountain top. The LEED Gold-certified facility is situated with access to the Union Pacific and BNSF intermodals with ample space for car and trailer parking.


Largest Development – Emser Tile, Suffolk, VA

401,066 square foot build-to-suit for Emser Tile at CenterPoint Intermodal Center (CIC)-Suffolk, Virginia. Located on 25 acres, the cross load facility is expandable by 338,400 square feet and offers ample trailer positions and car parking. It is situated 22 miles from Virginia Port Terminals with immediate access to Route 58 and Route 460 leading to access to I-95 and I-85.


Largest Acquisition – McDonald Portfolio, Savannah, GA; Suffolk, VA

Acquisition of a three-building, 1,096,793 square foot, rail-served portfolio in Savannah, Georgia and Suffolk, Virginia. The logistically advantaged portfolio sits on a total of 94.4 acres. Two of the facilities are in close proximity to the Port of Savannah and one facility is near the Port of Virginia and adjacent to the Norfolk Southern at CenterPoint Intermodal Center – Suffolk.
