JP Perez

JP Perez is an Investment Manager responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions for CenterPoint’s West Region team in the Bay Area and Seattle/Tacoma markets. Before joining CenterPoint in 2021, he was a Senior Associate in the investments group at American Realty Advisors.

JP graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. He is an active member of the NAIOP Washington Chapter and National Forum.
