Bob Andrews

Bob Andrews joined CenterPoint Properties as Senior Vice President, Regional Manager in 2015. He is responsible for leasing and managing the Company’s West Region portfolio of more than 17 MSF of property across the Southern California, Bay Area, and Seattle markets. Bob partners with the entire West Regional team to vet, underwrite, and perform due diligence for on-strategy investment opportunities.

Before joining CenterPoint, Bob served as Senior Vice President, Asset Management for KTR Capital Partners, overseeing the firm’s portfolio in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Washington. He was previously a regional director for RREEF, and an industrial broker for Cushman & Wakefield. Bob holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of San Diego and is a NAIOP SoCal Chapter Board Member.
