Northern California Industrial Real Estate Market Overview
Bay Area industrial real estate is flourishing as e-commerce and logistics continue to drive demand for modern facilities. Demand is forecast to remain high as e-commerce sales are projected to grow to 33% of all retail sales by 2030.
CenterPoint’s portfolio offers strategic access to the region’s 14.5 million consumers and critical regional interstates, San Francisco and Oakland International Airports, and the bustling Port of Oakland.
The Port ranks as one of the busiest U.S. container ports. Approximately half of the nation’s total container cargo volume passes through the Ports of Oakland, Los Angeles and Long Beach.
The Bay Area is unquestionably one of CenterPoint's top target markets nationally. CenterPoint is eager to expand our presence in the market from the San Francisco Peninsula and East Bay to the Central Valley.
