Paul “PJ” Charlton was appointed CenterPoint’s Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer in 2023. He joined the Company as Senior Vice President of Investments in 2015 to oversee CenterPoint’s East Region investment strategy, sourcing and managing local acquisition transactions, and collaborating with the entire regional team to look for new investment opportunities and add value to the existing portfolio.

Before joining CenterPoint, he served as Principal and Senior Vice President of Investments for KTR Capital Partners. He led the sourcing, negotiation, and execution of more than $1 Billion of industrial investment transactions in the Southeast, Southwest, and Mid-Atlantic regions.

PJ graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Wake Forest University and earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ronel Borner joined CenterPoint Properties as Senior Vice President, Development in October 2019. He is responsible for leading the Company’s development strategy within the Eastern Region, including New York/New Jersey, Savannah and South Florida markets.

Before joining CenterPoint, Ronel served as Director of Real Estate Development at The Rockefeller Group and principal at Acquis Development Corporation. Since 2004, Ronel has worked across all aspects of industrial real estate, including entitlements, brownfield development, due diligence, zoning, design management, and project-level debt/equity financing in the New York/New Jersey market.

He is a member of the NAIOP New Jersey Chapter and the NAIOP National Forums Program. Ronel received his Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University.

David Nenner joined CenterPoint Properties as Senior Vice President, Regional Manager in 2014. In this role, he is responsible for managing CenterPoint’s East Region portfolio, which includes over 21 million square feet of property across New York/New Jersey, South Florida, Charleston and Savannah. While overseeing CenterPoint’s asset management strategy across the region, David partners with the East Region Investments team to vet and underwrite investment opportunities. He has over 25 years of experience in industrial real estate.

Before joining CenterPoint, David served as EVP/Director of Asset Management at Ivy Equities and VP/Regional Manager for RREEF. Additionally, he worked as an industrial broker for JLL and The Edward S. Gordon Company. David holds a bachelor’s degree from Babson College and a master’s degree from Columbia University.
