The Wall Street Journal highlighted CenterPoint Properties’ partnership with the U.S. General Services Administration to develop and lease a new campus for the National Nuclear Security Administration. Through the deal, the GSA agreed to lease five buildings on a new 185-acre complex in Kansas City, Mo., for the next 20 years. The campus includes 1.2 million SF of space for producing nonnuclear parts and components as well as 330,000 SF of office space. As part of the deal, CenterPoint will also take ownership of the land in the complex at the end of the 20-year lease.
