CenterPoint Announces Built-to-Suit Facility in Manteca, California

OAK BROOK, IL – CenterPoint Properties is proud to announce the groundbreaking of a 60,150 SF built-to-suit facility on 5.39 acres for Crothall Laundry Services at 2365 N. Airport Road, Manteca, CA. The Crothall 10-year lease solidifies the presence at the newly opened CenterPoint Intermodal Center-Manteca. The facility, projected to open mid-summer 2014, will provide centralized laundry services for healthcare facilities in the area. Tom Davis and Jim Martin of Lee & Associates represented CenterPoint in the transaction.
This represents the second transaction between CenterPoint and Crothall. CenterPoint recently constructed a similar 82,950 SF facility for Crothall in the Creekside Business Park in Oak Creek, WI. The new Manteca facility features a 2,939 SF office space, state-of-the-art laundry equipment, 25’ clear heights and 100-car parking space. The specialized laundry facility is seeking USGBC LEED-certification and has the capacity to process more than 50 million pounds of linen annually.
