CenterPoint Signs Three-Year Lease in Houston

OAK BROOK, IL –CenterPoint Properties is proud to announce a 39-month lease for 170,017 SF to Palmer Distribution Services at 9033 Spikewood Drive in Houston, Texas. Bob Berry of Avison Young represented the lessee, and Matteson Hamilton and Jeremy Lumbreras of Stream Realty represented CenterPoint in the transaction.
“We are pleased to be able to provide Palmer Distribution, an existing tenant in our portfolio, the additional space they need to meet the demand for their services,” said Danielle Radtke, Senior Vice President and Regional Manager at CenterPoint.
This facility is located six miles from the 251,438 SF facility Palmer Distribution is leasing for 60 months. The 9033 Spikewood Drive building is rail-served and features 13 rail doors, 22’ clear heights and 44 exterior doors.
