CenterPoint Signs Renewal with APL Logistics in Wisconsin

OAK BROOK, IL – CenterPoint Properties is proud to announce a lease renewal with APL Logistics (APL) at 8123 116th Street in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Located in the CenterPoint LakeView Corporate Park, 134,170 SF of the 450,971 SF building will be leased to APL for an additional two years. Mohr Partners represented APL in the transaction.

Located on 23 acres, the property is strategically located three miles from I-94/I-41. Site features include 10 dock doors, 32’ clear heights and 3,000 SF of office.
