CenterPoint Signs Five-Year Lease with ACF Global Logistics in Houston

OAK BROOK, IL – CenterPoint Properties is proud to announce a five-year lease with ACF Global Logistics (ACF) for 17,336 SF of a 102,402 SF building at 4845 Homestead Road in Houston, Texas. Bill Ginder of Cadwell Companies represented ACF and Kelly Landwermeyer of Holt Lunsford Commercial represented CenterPoint in the transaction.
“We are pleased to have ACF as a new tenant and help them expand their reach in the Houston market,” said Danielle Radtke, Senior Vice President at CenterPoint.
Building features include 24’ clear height and 18 exterior dock doors. The property is strategically located adjacent to I-610 and one mile from the Union Pacific Englewood Yard. ACF Global Logistics is an international logistics service provider offering services as a U.S. customs and freight broker, indirect air carrier and export compliance provider.
