CenterPoint Signs Early Renewal with Yaskawa in Wisconsin

OAK BROOK, IL – CenterPoint Properties is proud to announce an early lease renewal with Yaskawa America Inc. for 24 months at 100 Oakwood Road in Oak Creek, WI. The tenant will occupy 100 percent of the 139,095 SF building. John Hauser of Avison Young represented Yaskawa in the transaction.
