Port Commissioners Give Centerpoint Go-Ahead to Begin Negotiations
Port of Oakland Commissioners authorize negotiations with CenterPoint Properties.

Global Trade Magazine noted CenterPoint has just been given the go-ahead to begin negotiations around the development of the next phase of the 170-acre Seaport Logistics Complex at the Port of Oakland. CenterPoint is working with Port Commissioners to develop a plan in the next six months.
