OAK BROOK, IL – CenterPoint Properties is proud to announce the acquisition of a 195,000 SF site located at 25858 Clawiter Road in Hayward, CA. The site incorporates three buildings with excess yard capacity. Kate Woodcox of Cushman & Wakefield represented CenterPoint in the transaction.

Located on 9.5 acres, the site’s strategic location allows for three to four daily trips to the Port of Oakland and one to two daily trips to the UP/BSNF Intermodal Yards in Tracy and Stockton. The asset is less than two miles from the I-880 and sits on the first exit from the San Mateo Bridge on SR-92. In addition, the asset is rail-served and is situated less than two miles from a recently completed FedEx Ground catchment center. CenterPoint plans to reposition the asset to capture the growing demand for port and e-commerce logistics facilities.
