First Built-to-Suit at CenterPoint Intermodal Center – Manteca Complete

OAK BROOK, IL – CenterPoint Properties completed construction of a 60,150 SF built-to-suit facility on 5.39 acres for Crothall Laundry Services at 2365 N. Airport Road, Manteca, CA. Crothall’s specialized facility within CenterPoint Intermodal Center-Manteca is the first building in the park. The facility will provide centralized laundry services for healthcare facilities in the San Joaquin area.
The property features a 3,000 SF office space, state-of-the-art laundry equipment capable of processing more than 50M pounds of linen annually, 25’ clear heights, private access roads and 100-car parking spaces. The specialized laundry facility applied for USGBC LEED-certification, featuring cutting-edge technologies to reduce water and energy consumption.
“We were confident in CenterPoint’s ability to help us create this state-of-the art laundry facility in Manteca, especially because of the success of our first project together in Milwaukee,” remarked Crothall President Steve Carpenter. “Manteca’s strategic location is central to our Northern California client-base, and the ability to achieve a LEED-certified operation and accommodate both innovative and strict building requirements were key components in our decision to work with CenterPoint.”
