The property, located 19 miles northwest of Milwaukee, is situated on 5 acres with a 26,560 SF industrial facility on site. Curt Pitzen of NAI MLG Commercial represented Germantown Properties McCormick, while Bill Langhoff of Colliers represented CenterPoint in the transaction.
