OAK BROOK, IL – CenterPoint Properties recently executed the sale of 7705 Staples Drive, Lithia Springs, Georgia to Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. (Keurig). Sean Boswell and Scott Plomgren of Colliers International represented CenterPoint. The 584,678 SF facility will support the production of pods for Keurig’s new Keurig® Cold beverage platform.
The facility is located on a 40-acre site with access to a skilled labor pool for employment options and features a 9,200 SF office, 32’ clear, 80 exterior docks, 3 drive-in-doors, 196 car parking and 199 trailer positions. Limited traffic congestion and efficient highway access allows goods to be quickly transported throughout the Southeastern United States.
