OAK BROOK, IL – CenterPoint Properties is pleased to announce a 361,435 square foot lease for 4PX Express Co at 5600-5650 Grace Place in Commerce, California. Sandy Chen of TTC Real Estate represented 4PX Express, while David Hasbrouck, John McMillan and Jeff Sanita of Cushman & Wakefield represented CenterPoint in the transaction.
4PX Express will occupy one 361,435 SF unit of the total 492,699 SF, three-unit facility. Edgemod Furniture and Barbaras Development, Inc. occupy the other two units. The building is 100 percent leased and is one of the largest freestanding industrial facilities in the Los Angeles market, located in close proximity to the Port of Los Angeles and Port of Long Beach. The business-friendly city of Commerce offers 4PX Express a local skilled labor force and access to the Union Pacific intermodal and freeways including 710, 5, 10, 60 and 605.
