OAK BROOK, IL – CenterPoint Properties announces the grand opening of the 190-acre CenterPoint Intermodal Center-Manteca, CA (CIC-Manteca), a logistics campus development accommodating up to 3.1M SF of warehouse and distribution space.

Strategically located with direct access to the Union Pacific Lathrop Intermodal Terminal, which is only one hour from the Port of Oakland, CIC-Manteca provides immediate entry to Interstate-5 and Highway 99, as well as access to private park roads with a fully entitled park that is in an Enterprise Zone. The property currently features a building pad in place to accommodate a 1.1M SF distribution facility.

CenterPoint celebrated the groundbreaking of a specialized 60,150 SF build-to-suit facility for Crothall Laundry Services at CIC-Manteca on November 14 with City Officials, Crothall executives and local community members. The Crothall facility features; a 2,939 SF office space, state-of-the-art laundry equipment, 25’ clear heights, 100 car parking spaces, six dock doors and one drive-in door. Upon its 2014 completion, the building will seek USGBC LEED-certification.
